Tammy Rodrigues is an Aurora, Illinois REALTOR® and Designated Managing Broker, serving Aurora and the western Chicago suburbs since 2007.

Since becoming licensed in 2007, Tammy has closed more than 422 real estate transactions throughout Kane, Kendall, DuPage and Will Counties, including Aurora, Naperville, Oswego, Yorkville, Montgomery, Plainfield and surrounding communities.

Tammy works with sellers, first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, seniors, investors, luxury clients and relocating families. Her approach is straightforward: provide honest advice, explain the options and give clients the information they need to make confident real estate decisions.

For home sellers, Tammy provides market analysis, strategic pricing, property preparation guidance, marketing, offer evaluation and skilled negotiation. For buyers, she provides hands-on guidance from the initial home search and financing preparation through contracts, inspections, appraisal and closing.

Tammy helped me find a home back in early 2023. I had contacted her in the Summer of 2022, and over 9 months, she and I diligently worked together to find my first home. She was very attentive, prompt, and patient throughout the process, as well as very insightful and resourceful.
