I'm Tammy Rodrigues, a real estate professional with 20 years of experience and more than 422 closed transactions, proudly serving Chicago and its vibrant suburban communities. Since stepping into the industry in 2006, my mission has always been to demystify the home buying and selling process and to guide my clients with compassion, integrity, and clarity. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming real estate can feel, and that’s exactly why I’ve made it my passion to lead with education, understanding, and heart.
Generation HomePro was founded on these very principles. My team—Sarah Campbell, Ahmed Malow, Alex LaGrone and Tammy Irizarry—shares a unified commitment: to serve with honesty, empathy, and a client-first mindset. Together, we support buyers, sellers, and investors across a range of property types, including single-family homes, condos, townhomes, multifamily, land, commercial properties, and manufactured/mobile homes. We also proudly serve our U.S. military and service industry professionals as well as our senior citizens.

Outside of real estate, I find joy in spending time with my five children and 10 beautiful grandchildren. Family is at the core of who I am, and the lessons I’ve learned from guiding and supporting them influence the way I serve my clients every day.
